Clos Fornelli – rosé

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A cuvee made from the Sciaccarellu grape, a typically Corsican variety with no equivalent outside the island. Selected indigenous yeasts. Yields 50 hectolitres per hectare. Direct-pressed rosé, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Vinification temperatures are between 17 and 20°C. There is no malolactic fermentation in this wine.
