Taste: very fine texture with a fresh, lingering finish... The wood, which is intended to be a support and not an end in itself, fades into the background, allowing the terroir to speak for itself. All the elegance and aromatic complexity of vermentinu made in a large wooden container is revealed. Indigenous yeasts. A fine wine for the table, demonstrating the ageing potential of Vermentinu from the Clos Fornelli terroir.
