ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A wine made from a rare old Corsican grape variety. It completes the ‘CHIOSU FORNELLI’ collection of old indigenous grape varieties grown on the estate. This wine is presented as a ‘Vin de France’.

Vinified in concrete vats. No sulphiting at harvest entry and selected indigenous yeasts. Extraction by pumping over.

1500 bottles produced.
